Have we heard anything from P.C. about the swapping of patterns? I'd forgotten about it until this evening.

Put me on there too if it is not too late. Did anyone check on their own when these were copyrighted? I wondered how long they remain protected and if this could be looked up by a law librarian. I am not too far from the U of M law school so if I had more info maybe I could have them look it up for me. Just a thought since they seem so slow in answering the board.

They have not gotten back to me yet.
Copyrights usually last a long time, and chances are Mattel will renew all of PC, even if they don't make the product.
If you can get them from a library, you can usually copy them for personal use- but personal use assumes you destroy the pattern when you finish using it.

Thanks. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we get the "okay."

I know I did not get my name on the list in time, but I would love to be able to share too.
